    Hi @dcat14 

    If you have missing gems from your club pogo renewal you will need to speak with our support to further investigate your account.

Pogo has cone the same thing with me renewed on Nov9 2023 and no gems I had chatted 5 times with advisors and had 8 emails and never got the answer I was looking for. I feel pogo does not care about their players .All I wanted from them was an honest answer.
