Well, it happened to me again this year too at the beginning of this month! I got my email that stated "Javalvr2, Your Yearly Club Pogo Renewal Is Coming Up!"
They charged my charge card, but NO free month added, AND NO GEMS!
More than 15 emails later, and being told that I was NOT a club member, which it shows that I AM in my Pogo & EA account. There are still 9 cases opened, and being told to do live chat...been there, done that before, and you still get NO HELP! They are all morons, don't know what they are doing, and can't put together a sentence that makes sense!
I can't take the aggravation anymore that I've had for over the last 14 months with them! You would think they would at least take care of their members that spend a lot of money, like I do, but they don't.
When I use up the gems I have, I will be cancelling my membership! AND I WON'T be spending ANY MORE MONEY in the meantime. I will put my entertainment dollars elsewhere!
They need to lose BIG BUCKS & members before they do something about their HORRIBLE customer service, but there are apparently to many stupid people that will keep playing no matter how fed up they get with their "no help" customer service!
