    Hi @dcat14 

    If you have missing gems from your club pogo renewal you will need to speak with our support to further investigate your account.

I have not received the gems I paid for on Dec. 28th.  19..99 X 2  I have showed the bank statement 5 or 6 times showing I bought them, and all I here will have to talk to the team.  I have ordered the gems, paid for them and still you will not give them to me.
