I have been a member of EA Pogo for ten years. I have noticed that many of the former game players are no longer using the platform. I would like to suggest that EA Pogo outreach to former players with promotional discounts to regain their attention-participation. EA Pogo use to offer promotional discounts to invited guests. However, several of my recently invited guests have never received any follow-up promotions from EA Pogo. In the interim, the EA Pogo game website seems less interactive in the year 2022 than past years.
Q: Is there another reason for this?

The promotions Pogo offers can change from time to time, while I don't have any information on possible future promotions I would be happy to pass along feedback to the team about what you're wanting to see!
