Farm Merge Valley - How to recover an upgrade card removed?

I didn't realize I would need the wheat (or any) of the upgrade cards because they said already upgraded so I "dug" them up. My wheat is the only thing I never get more cards of. Will they ever show up? There weren't any instructions at the beginning when I did this. Thank you.
