Fed Up with Lack of Support

I'm cancelling my POGO account.  The decision has been made, but before I do, I just wanted to let POGO (EA) know that the reason I am going is the same as many others....complete lack of support.  T...

    It's not good to hear your having issues reaching our to EA Support, below are all of our support options to get in contact with us:

    As always please remember our support is free and intended to help players with issues,

      

    • EA Advisor - Phone/Chat/Email - Availability may vary on which is open depending on several factors 
    • Twitter - You can @EAHelp or select the message icon on the EA Help Twitter page 
    • Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page 
    • AHQ - Our public Forum where you can sign in to your EA Account and get assistance from forum members and community moderators  

    If you are wanting to see changes with Sweet Tooth Town I would be happy to take any feedback you have here and share it with our team, please keep in mind we do not guarantee any changes will be directly made. 

    Also, you are having technical issues, I would be happy to run through some troubleshooting to see if you are able to get the game running.
