Follow the clues is not working

I have been working on follow the clues since it started last week.  I have been able to find all except the first clue.  I have gone and opened up every game and none of them will connect to whateve...

I am unable to open four of the clue on the event in Feb 2024.  I've tried different games in the list but they do not open.
