Games crashing during play
I have been with Pogo over 20 years now and the play is getting worse by the week. I keep getting booted from games crashing and get a loss for the game. This happens way too often. I am assuming EA ...

If we are seeing crashing with different games each day, can we try the following to see if this changes for you?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
- Screenshot of how your game appears...
