Gem shop page not working for me

When I go to buy gems, I click on the amount I want and nothing happens. This has been going on since 9/15. Has anyone had this problem lately also and what can I do to fix this? mycatglee

    I switched from Google Chrome to Mozilla Firefox and it worked for me finally.

It's for Quinn's Aquarium. When I go to the gem shop the packages are there, The people sponsoring on the top is gone and when I click on what I want nothing happens. I have tried the many suggestions EA said to do and still nothing, Actually I  get it he same thing in other games I play also.

      I get in any of the Mahjong games. I followed all the help that other players who had the same problem as I do and nothing worked.
