Has anything changed since 2013 about transfering gems to another player?

The last post I saw was from 2013. Has the policy changed since then for transferring gems to another player? Thanks, Catherine Arms

@cat072351HF Unfortunately, the answer is no. There is still no way of transferring gem from one player to another. You can buy a gift card and your friend can use that to buy gems... But I know that's not what you are asking.
