How do you level up in poppit bingo

I can't level up past room 10 no matter how long I play.  What am I doing wrong?

    Hey there, @concern801. 

    Room #11 in Poppit! Bingo unlocks at rank 50. You can find your rank next to the Cactus Cash at the top of the room select.
