how to log in when you don't have access to email that on pogo account

how do you log in to your pogo account when it is with old email account you o not have access any longer

    For account inquiries, you will need to contact an EA Help Advisor who can provide assistance privately.

    Please click on the link below to initiate a case, once there look for contact box labeled Chat With Us and follow the steps.
