How to move to the next level in Mahjong Sanctuary?

I have won this game on 4 occasions and yet it will not move to the next level. I am stuck at 450 no matter how many times I win, why? [CM edit - Updated title for clarity.]

I just won Mahjong Sanctuary for the 5th time and it is still on 450 games and will not let me advance to the next level. This is the 4th time I have contacted you about this and I would really appreciate you doing something instead of just taking my money for the next year which you already have.
