How to move to the next level in Mahjong Sanctuary?

I have won this game on 4 occasions and yet it will not move to the next level.  I am stuck at 450 no matter how many times I win, why? [CM edit - Updated title for clarity.]

Hey there, @freezePOR1Di.

Let's see if we can track this down. Have you started work on the Arctic Biome yet to get the Reindeer, Snowy Owl or Seal? You can swap to it via the button in the lower-left corner of the Sanctuary screen.

I am at level 800 on the Mahjong Sanctuary and can't go further

    How do i go to the next level i have been on level 800 for over aa month

      @sunmom58 Currently that’s as far as you can go. Keep an eye on the Pogo Blog they usually announce when new levels are going to be added .
