How to purchase 1 year membership for a family member?

How would I purchase 1 year membership for a family member who is on oxygen and cannot leave their home ?

I was wanting to gift one for Christmas to two people my auntie who cant leave her home and my mom back in Michigan so we could all go on and play together.
