I am trying to redownload some already purchased games

I  have purchased games from you.  They are listed under my name in the purchased games list.  I am trying to reload the game Bookworm Deluxe and Chuzzles at this time.  I have another computer and the games did not transfer over.  I would like to redownload them.  I am a member but your site does not seem to recognize me.  I have  the order number : [REMOVED]  and my Registration Key # is: [REMOVED].

I tried reloading them but they got me to the screen where it said I could pay 60 minutes or buy the game.  Putting my numbers on to the space indicated and then poush register, did no good.  It said try again.  I need your help.  [REMOVED]
