i'm being accused of inapproprate talk to ea
Hi EA .... i am being accused of inappropriate talk on my chat with EA ??? ... i have done no such thing .... i tried to call you but there was no answer ... i have not talked to ea on any chat ... so what gives ???

This is a known email scam, through Pogo email.
They send you an email, threatening to suspend your account accusing you of something bogus. I know from experience this is off-putting and frankly scary. Report this user and block them.
Once mine said "you violated chat rules, call us and give us the justification that why we should not suspend your account".
These are scammers looking for information like IP addresses, CC info, address, phone numbers, email, etc.
Do not call or reply to these emails.
Furthermore, from my understanding when EA suspends accounts, they do it bluntly. There are no calls or emails of "let's talk about it" - they just do it, as they should.
