Hello! I tried accessing the game before replying to you and was able to connect to the game with no issues.
However, there were reports on loading issues in October reported by Pogo Sconnie in the Pogo forums for some players experiencing issues.
At this time, my best suggestion for you would be:
- Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
- Check your Browser and Device for all updates.
- Restart your computer.
- Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
- Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo.

I have been having loading issues since July, it was fixed for a couple weeks in October and now it won't load until the daily calendar comes up once a day. I can play one game then it freezes after I win. I can't do chores, spin wheel etc. I signed out and played for free with no issues. It seems the Season Passes and updates screw it all up. I can't finish challenges.
