On this level, how are the blue and purple mushrooms eliminated? In previous levels, these were eliminated by the 2 way colored arrows

Hi gemlover, the real trick to this level, after freeing all the gems blocking each mushroom from descending, is to arrange for the pink mushroom to be moved left or right one space at least. Otherwise it won't matter what arrows get activated, you simply cannot win. Now, you may have to replay several times, but once you get all mushrooms free and in a position to all descend to the bottom, you may need to employ a powerup or two to finish. I know this may not be what you want to hear but it took me some time to finish this level and even more to get three stars. Good luck!
