Jungle Gin not changing progress for game challenge
I currently have a challenge in JUNGLE GIN, for under-knocking your opponent 18 times. I have been playing for 2 days and under-knocking the computer player and have made it well past the 18 times needed however........it is not increasing my count for the challenge. It still shows I am "0" for 18.
Is there an issue with this (as I have submitted this same issue in years past, and never received proper justification. My case was merely CLOSED with no action. After a while, one gets tired of reporting issues!!!!)
Can someone please review and rectify this issue. I have attached a screen print of the challenge.

Sorry to hear about your case closing automatically, they have done that a few times with me in the past. It is very frustrating they are not monitored for quality assurance.

This is a tricky badge to go for, took me a bit to figure out myself..... What you have to do is hold off on knocking first, you must let them knock first.... if your out card is lower than theirs, then the under knocking counts.
