Lack of Pogo tech support

I have been a Pogo member since 2003.  I have never seen such a lack of tech support and fixing game issues in all these years.

The new Pogo Slots created a problem where wild cards are not being counted on game cards.  This has been a recognized issue by Pogo since early July, yet nothing has been done to fix the bug.

Merge Academy garbage can has had issues for months and again, no fix.

Solitaire Home Story has a glitch where you can't finish the latest chapter because it's not allowing you to earn the final stars.  Again, Pogo acknowledges the issue in the Pogo forums and then crickets.

Has EA abandoned Pogo????
