Limited Time: Buy Gem Packs, Get a Bonus Badge and Pogis

I purchased a gem pack today.  On the chiron above the games it states you get a special badge with it.  Looks like the canasta guy on it.  I don't see it in my albums, perhaps I am looking in the wr...

    To confirm if you are missing a Badge or 1000 Pogis for a purchase of gem packs, please be aware they will be granted after the promotion ends on June 18.

I purchased a gem pack on June17 through the promotion, and as of today, June 24,  I still haven't received my badge or 1000 pogis.  Please advise when I will receive it.
