LOST CHALLENGE PROGRESS

Did anyone else lose their progress on their badges, today? I was working on two, Poppit Bingo badges and they're gone!

Also, I completed the Daily, Word Womp challenge, but it's GONE, too!

I've reported the bug, but wasn't sure if it was just me?!!?

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Which challenges have reset?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...
