Malfunctioning Account (???)

For months I have not been able to join a friend in a game, chat with a friend, or do anything other than 'unfriend', 'report', or 'block' them.  What's up with this?!?

Also, there is not information about what games to play for the monthly challenges or a means to get to a game.  Clicking on the information that I am able to find doesn't do anything.

Personally, I think my account is screwed up but if it is just my head, please feel free to let me know how to fix my head.

Oh, one more thing, when I try to sign in to ask you all a question instead of logging me in as 'luvinlif2k' which I have been since POGO started, it logs me in as 'Luvinlif2kau' ... which is NOT me.

Please help!

    Hey @luvinlif2kaU I have passed on feedback to the pogo team for what you're seeing on the first issue you mentioned. To check when trying to join a friend does it load endlessly? Give any error messages?

    We can try the following to see if it makes a change:

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)   

    For the second issue, we may be dealing with a multiple account issue, or one I've seen since we made Pogo changes a couple of years back where players had to move to use one email per account, I would recommend reaching out to our support to check into this further for you. 

    • EA Help website - Live Support (Phone, Chat, Email) 
    • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance

    To confirm the first issue you mentioned, Are you able to play games but can't join friends or chat with them? When did you notice this started?

    For the second issue about your screen name, when you sign into answers HQ to post are you using the same email that you sign in with on Pogo.com?

    #1 yes, I am able to play games but getting to a game from constellations is difficult, I end up going to main menu ti select my game.  I cannot join my friend or connect to her in any way.  This has been a problem for 6 months

    #2. Yes, I am using my email address from my one and only pogo account.  In the help page it will only sign me in as luvinlif2kau

    P.S. I am not luvinlif2kau (newbie).  I have been with you for 20+ (?) years as Luvinlif2k.
