Malfunctioning Account (???)
For months I have not been able to join a friend in a game, chat with a friend, or do anything other than 'unfriend', 'report', or 'block' them. What's up with this?!?
Also, there is not information about what games to play for the monthly challenges or a means to get to a game. Clicking on the information that I am able to find doesn't do anything.
Personally, I think my account is screwed up but if it is just my head, please feel free to let me know how to fix my head.

Oh, one more thing, when I try to sign in to ask you all a question instead of logging me in as 'luvinlif2k' which I have been since POGO started, it logs me in as 'Luvinlif2kau' ... which is NOT me.

Hey @luvinlif2kaU I have passed on feedback to the pogo team for what you're seeing on the first issue you mentioned. To check when trying to join a friend does it load endlessly? Give any error messages?
We can try the following to see if it makes a change:
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
For the second issue, we may be dealing with a multiple account issue, or one I've seen since we made Pogo changes a couple of years back where players had to move to use one email per account, I would recommend reaching out to our support to check into this further for you.
