I have yet to receive my 100 POGO Gems reward for renewing my membership; it has been OVER 7 days since it renewed!

@anon676229 Hey there! Sorry to hear about this, could you give me the date of your renewal and your pogo username and I'll get this relayed to the team to be looked into.the same thing happened to me. Wish we could contact them directly without hassle.
