Hello! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Merge Academy! Let's try a few more steps to see if we can get it working for you:
- Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
- Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.
- High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources.
- Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser-specific.
- Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.

Just got another message from EA HELP about my Issue with Merge academy asking if I still need help after fixes made! Do I have to explain again! It is NOT a DEVICE PROBLEM or a connection problem. It is an account problem on your end! I can sign into my POGO on3 different Laptops, 2 different desktop and an Ipad on my account! When i get in to the area that the room actually opens and click on #1 I go to the from of the building and it shows loading but never loads and I dont get any further. The front of building shows word loading but never loads! Sat there for well over 30 minutes, never happened. I can sign out of my account and sign into my wife account and get right in and play on all 6 devices. IT IS NOT A PROBLEM HERE! IT IS ON YOUR END WITH MY ACCOUNT! The problem has been here for months and EA HELP always closes it as resolved. Is this EA Help or EA I dont care?? Why does EA HELP send message about problems from a site that you can not reply too.
