Merge academy

When I run out of turns and exit the game then come back in 3 -4 hours when I have the 100 turns it has taken the last 6 or more moves I had previously played and erased them like I never used those turns so in fact I am not getting 100 turns. I took pictures of the end of the game then when I came back on but I do not know how to post them here
