Since the most recent update week of August 27th, Merge Academy has not been storing energy and the game cannot be played for more than a few clicks. Has prevented game play and completist in of badges due to time running out. The game has also no been giving the rewards indicated when completing a level so getting parts to generators has been impossible.
Players have started reporting that it is imperative to update your computer by cleaning your cookies, cache and history for the updates to take full effect on your device. Make sure to restart your computer as well.
This action has been reported as helping some players with their energies going back to replenishing.

I have tried everything to get back energy. Not working have cleaned cache. Please fix this problem. Also cannot get sewing machine to get any orders.. Tired of this game. When are they going to get it right. Frustrated because I like the game when it actually works
I'm so sorry you are having TWO problems, so very frustrating. All we know as Pogo Players so far is "they are working on it"
