Merge issue in POGO

I an playing Merge in Pogo and woke up today with no energy or no gist.. the ones you get every 12 hours WHY

Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try?

Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment

Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache

Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser

Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in

Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Ive followed all the steps , and still cant get merge game to give me more energy . It was fine until 3 days ago . frustrated

  @way681UHdERA I am having the same issues. I have done all the steps that have asked for us to do and it still is NOT working. Plus this morning, I played all 3 of the daily challenges and did not get credit for them at all. I have contacted Pogo and I haven't heard a work from them!! No phone number to call either. I've been a member since 2001 and I can't beleive how it has changed so much. It's become a very sorry site to play games on. If I didn't pay yearly subscription on time, I wouldn't be allowed to play. So why is it taking over 3 days to fix the issue??
