My renewal

I really need someone to contact me through my e-mail. I’m trying to renew my subscription, but it’s showing payment failed, but I added a new card and also wanted to renew for 12 months instead of 3 months. . My problem is, I can’t get my club Pogo games, I keep getting pop up ads and I don’t like that. Can someone please help me? Thanks

HI @ragdollpersian I wanted to check if you are still running into Renewal issues with your Pogo Account.

Most people would recommend C5 in this scenario.
Personally I prefer using land mines and detonating them with the syerette pistol. Cap it off with a nice baggin'.

@ragdollpersian You can click on the help center below and try to get help that way.

If you would like, you try removing ALL your credit card information, sign out... Reopen your game, enter the credit card informations and see if that helps.

My problem is, I can’t get my club Pogo games, I keep getting pop up ads and I don’t like that. Can someone please help me? Thanks . Also I keep getting request from Podo to renew my account. I have tried 3 different prepaid cards on my 50.00 card pogo sent me to a help site and they charged the card 31.00 and i got nothing I have been a member of pogo for over 20 years and spend at least 50.00 per month on gems and now i cant even play on club pogo, I need someone to please e-mail me . This ios beyond crazy that you take my money from one card and now i cant even use my cards that i have on file .
