Not recieving purchased Gems

My gems were hacked. Have contacted EA 4 times. Last time they told me to report a bug. Once done EA would restore my gems. To date that has not happened. Can't get anywhere with this situation.

It has not been resolved but it is at least being investigated. Turns out my account ha been hacked 3 times.

    Yes. On one of my calls they referred me this way. I don't believe I will get the results I'm looking for, but the issue has not been dismissed.
