Pogo cancellation

I would like to cancel my Pogo subscription. I’ve gone through steps and when I get to the billing and subscriptions section, it doesn’t have a cancellation button

Whether you're taking a break, exploring other interests, or simply feel it's the right time to move on, the steps below will guide you through the process for both Club Pogo Members and Pogo Members.

Sign in to your Pogo Account:

Click on your mini picture located in the top right corner

Navigate to My Account

Scroll down to the Billing and Subscription section

Check the information listed under Account Type

If it indicates "Free Player"

If you do not see a cancellation option in your account settings, it is because there is no active subscription associated with your account that can be canceled.

The good news is that your free EA/Pogo account can remain active, allowing you to sign in and enjoy available free games whenever you wish. There is no need to take any further action unless you would like to permanently delete your account. If your goal is to completely remove your EA/Pogo account, please refer to the account deletion information below, as account deletion is a separate process from canceling a Club Pogo membership.

If it states "Club Pogo"

You have an active paid subscription. To cancel your subscription, click on the "Cancel your Subscription" link. Follow the next steps, and you will be good to go!

If you would like to permanently delete your EA Pogo account

Account deletion must be handled directly by an EA Help Advisor. For privacy, security, and account verification purposes, there is not a self-service option available to permanently delete an EA account.

⚠️ Please be aware that deleting your EA/Pogo account is permanent and may result in the loss of access to Pogo, including your games, purchases, subscriptions, ranks, badges, progress, and other account entitlements. I encourage you to review your options carefully before proceeding.

I have looked for this and cannot find it. I go to my profile pic, click, go to my account, and there is no where it says cancel on bottom, top, or sides!
