Do you use an anti-virus or ad blocker with your web browser?
If not can we try the following if you have not so far?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
If this continues would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?
- Screenshot of how your game appears...
