Pogo keeps logging me out!

After 25 years playing Pogo, all of a sudden it logs me out at random. I went all these years with no issue and only one device. Please fix this as it's very irritating. Thanks in advance! Pogolad...

Hi @pogolady, Does this happen randomly or when going to different games?

    This happens everytime I switch to a different game.

      I keep checking remember me, but it does not (see attached).

        Hi @pogolady 

        Do you use an anti-virus or ad blocker with your web browser?

        If not can we try the following if you have not so far?

         

        • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
        • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
        • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
        • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
        • Try using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

        If this continues would it be possible to get the following information? 

         

        • Screenname:
        • What Device are you using?
        • Which web browser do you play on?
        • Do you get an error message at all?
        • Screenshot of how your game appears...
