At what rank(s) does the max bet increase in Pogo Slots ? thanks 🙂

The max bets are based on what quest cards you have completed. When you complete Quest Card 2, you get the first max bet increase.

does it increase after line bet 2? I see a + amd - symbol next to it but Im rank 7 and it has not gone up past line bet 2 amount. I would like to bet more coins per line.
Finished Quest cards determine bet limit. After I completed Quest card 12 I got the option of 3x's bet.
