Hi @anon476632,
Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.
Thanks!
I have been a paid member of Pogo for about 20 years, so yes, my device(s) have always met the requirements to play Pogo games. I did clear my cache but that did not help. I am using Google Chrome. I am furnishing a screenshot of the issue but I doubt it will help. On the screenshot, the "WILD" option was activated, so a Wild symbol should have flipped over on this spin. It made the sound like one flipped but it didn't and, of course, you can see there is no Wild symbol for this spin. I purchase a LOT of gems and I can't stand frequently wasting them by not getting what I have essentially paid for. Getting very frustrated with glitches! Thanks for your help!

@anon476632 Thanks for the update, I can pass this along to the team. To confirm would it be possible to get a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac)?

Every Pogo game worked flawlessly, except for Pogo Slots. I truly do not believe there is any issue with my PC. I only play Pogo Slots when a challenge is issued. I'm about to blow this one off!! I've played most of the day and so far only got one "Free Spin" and didn't get many coins so it only satisfied about 1/3 of the challenge amount. Just too frustrated to mess with the slots any longer but it definitely needs to be tweaked!!
- 4 years ago@EA_Illium I looked at a DxDiag and all showed "no issues".

@anon476632 To confirm a DxDiag, is a system report file to share with us, versus a tool that shows any issues. This helps us get a better understanding of the device you are using.
