Thanks for reaching out to the Pogo community on Answers HQ, While it's not good to hear were running into these difficulties we are unable to assist with account-related issues or changes here on the forums.

You will need to continue speaking with our support for assistance pulling up all of your EA/Pogo accounts and getting the proper account updated with the correct information.

Game Support > Pogo > I want to update my EA Account information > Select either Email or Chat support
