Poppit Bingo Glitch

Poppit Bingo:  There is an apparent timing issue with this game.  The balls with the numbers on them appear, but then they begin to stack up. You can hear them being called, but there is a time delay.  This goes on all through the game.  When it gets close to the end of the game, it closes without finishing.  This affects the cactus cannon option at the end and the credit of bingos and score.

I called several days ago to report this.  I talked to someone in the help area and made a Case  No. 88115030.  In a very short period of time, the game was fixed and working perfectly.  And I played for a while.

The following day, I went back to play and work on a badge,   The problem was back again.  So I phoned again, talked to the help person, and it was promptly fixed once more.  I finished the badge, thinking all was well.

The day after that, I returned to play again, and the game had again returned to not working properly once again.

I am now reporting for the third time that the same issue is occurring.

I am wondering if this problem is recurring because of some kind of update being done, perhaps on the whole site, and the repair to the game information is being overwritten and the fixed version is disappearing because of that.
