Quinns aquarim

There seems to be a problem with Quinn's Aquarium I finish a round and it says that the progress can't be save and then I have to do the puzzle over again. I have done everything. Including turning off the computer and signing out. Please take care this ASAP

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?

    It's not my computer, I am using the most updated version that there is. But here is my information you asked for. Screen name is Hera758, using a new laptop HP. Mircosoft all updated with the current version,

    Yes, they do. I am still getting the message in  different browsers
