If you have trouble adding someone to Pogo, please make sure that there's no typos in the name. For example, an uppercase I ( i ) can look like a lowercase l ( L ).

Another thing to try, if you're in the main chat channels for Jungle Gin HD, is to ask your future friend if they're in chat and what channel they're in. When you're both in the same channel, open up the user list and click on their profile in the chat there, and select Add Friend from the popup.
