Re: Mahjong Sanctuary Bonuses

@bell128z3ZyY

Hi, Sammie ~ Mahjong Sanctuary now has 1325 levels. I assume the "bonuses" you mentioned are those "feathers" awarded (and used to buy power ups) after completing each level in Mahjong Sanctuary.  Players completing the Daily Board game can also accrue up to 400 (approximate) feathers per week.  Find the Daily Board game by clicking on the 3rd icon from the bottom left-hand corner of game board.

Helpful Game Tips:

  • Before matching your first tiles on the game board, look at the right-hand side & make note of the number in the “Matches Available” box.   Should you lose that level...and hit “Back to Sanctuary" then “Play” to re-enter that level...it is likely you might notice the "Matches Available" has decreased.  If that happens, repeat “Back to Sanctuary” and “Play” as many times as it will take to get back to the original or higher number of “Matches Available.”
  • For pesky brown dust storms blocking visibility to near zero, bright red numbers in the box on the upper right hand side will indicate exactly how many turns player will have to take before dust storms end.  Players can illuminate all playable matches by using the "Show Pairs" power up (next to "Add Slots" power up on top right-hand of game board).

Regarding glitches hanging up your game Sometimes (especially after or during heavy game play) your browser may end up with a local copy of the website data in your browser cache that doesn’t match the latest version on the server. As a result, a web page may look incorrect or not function properly. To fix this, we need to force the web browser to discard what it already has in the cache and to download the latest version of the site.  Many people call this a “hard refresh.”

In most browsers on PC and Mac, you can perform a simple action to force a hard refresh. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on the reload icon on your browser’s toolbar. There are also keyboard shortcuts to perform the equivalent hard refresh. As listed below, there are multiple ways to do the same action:

• Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn’t work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).

• Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift+Command+R.

• Safari for Mac: There is no simple keyboard shortcut to force a hard refresh. Instead, press Command+Option+E to empty the cache, then hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar.

After you perform the hard refresh, you should see the web page go blank, and the reloading process will take longer than usual. That’s because the browser is re-downloading all of the data and images on the site. If forcing a refresh didn’t fix the issue, you can try to do a hard refresh again. If that doesn’t help, the issue may be with the website itself—or your browser may need an update.

I hope this is helpful to you ~ Good Luck to You & Every One! ☘️
