Pogo has started phasing out Pogo Tokens. The tokens cannot be earned through HTML5 / HD games, nor can they be earned by completing challenges. That said, you are welcome to earn Pogis which can help you earn power-ups in all your favorite games. 🙂
As for your previous account, it looks like you made a new account when you got a new computer. If you remember the email address associated with your previous Pogo account, you can sign into that account by using that email and Pogo password, and that will reunite you with all of your items.
