scrabble bundle
I bought a MnM Generic Bundle with 3 Scrabble badges, for 48 gems. The sale went through without any problems.
However, I cannot play the game because currently I'm not in USA/CDN and the game does...
Hey @fredhoogendoorn for any issues with in-game purchases such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.
We don't have the option to help with issues like this here.
You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
To speak with a chat or phone adviser:
Click on your product POGO
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

@ EA_Darko,
As stated in my first post I already had contact with the EA Helpdesk. They didn't have the option to refund gems.
The problem is that Pogo accepted gems (which I bought with money) for a transaction that shouldn't have gone through in the first place.
It all comes down to the fact that the Pogo version of Scrabble HD is not available (any more) for persons living (permanently or temporarily) outside USA/CDN.
Can you explain to me then why I've already earned several Pogo Scrabble badges?
Hey @fredhoogendoorn as I mentioned above, we are not able to assist in any way with account or billing issues on AHQ.
You can make a bug report here but beyond that, there is nothing more that we can do.
