scrabble bundle

I bought a MnM Generic Bundle with 3 Scrabble badges, for 48 gems. The sale went through without any problems. However, I cannot play the game because currently I'm not in USA/CDN and the game does...

Hey @fredhoogendoorn as I mentioned above, we are not able to assist in any way with account or billing issues on AHQ.

You can make a bug report here but beyond that, there is nothing more that we can do.

EA/Pogo is now wriggling in every way to avoid refunding. Is this that difficult for them?
