Solitaire Blitz Game Award Badge

I am wondering how to check on why I haven't yet received a Game Award Badge in Solitaire Blitz:

Aces High Badge - Place 4000 Aces

I ask because several friends I have on Pogo have earned it and received it and did so when they were much less progressed in the game than I currently am.

One friend received it about the same time they earned the Rank 30 badge.

Another friend received it about 6 months ago and has made (basically) the same progress in the game as I have.

I recently earned my Rank 40 badge, but do not have it yet which seems really curious to me. I imagine I have already placed 4000 aces.
