I finished all the levels of Solitaire Blitz. Are there any plans to create new ones. Thanks.

Solitaire Blitz does not load on my or my husbands computer if I use my account (vickeys1stkid). However it does load on both our computers using his account (cpc610).
This has been going on for over 6 months with no reply or help from anyone. I've done all the suggestions listed, to no avail. I doubt it's an issue with my computer since it does work on his account, on both computers and doesn't work on either one using my account.
I've missed out on badges, can't finish some challenges that involve Blitz, thereby missing poggies,
VERY annoying that no one responds or tries to help. PLEASE see why there is an issue with my account, when my husbands works fine on both our computers and respond this time.
Is there any way to speak with a person that can help?
