Solitaire Home Story

Since the beginning of January, chapter are not appearing because they say I am all caught up and they will be adding more chapters soon ... which has not been done.  I have tried to contact technical support, but that is impossible.   How can I contact POGO to correct this problem.  The game is useless without the chapters being added.
