Spades - What is a Blind Nil?

What does Blind Nil mean when playing the card game,  Spades.  Can I still take tricks. My partner has done this and I am not sure what to do. [CM edit - Updated title for clarification.]

    @koalas5316Lz Blind Nil simply means that player "blindly" said they would take no tricks. The partner of the player should take/cover all of the tricks to prevent the person from taking any. Hope that helps.
