stuck on level 424 of cookie connect for over a week. Why?

can't make progress on this game.  is it stuck?

@chonodosUT Are you running into an error message when playing, or are you unable to complete the level?

    Is there any way to bypass this level?  Getting very frustrated!!!!

      @chonodosUT After finishing the level, do you not have any buttons to continue, or how does it look on your screen?

        it  has nothing to show complete.  I think it has to do with the squares under the cupcakes.  it takes maybe 5 or 6 arrows to clear 1 and nothing happens.  sure wish I could skip this one.
