SURVEY - "hear from you"

Question

Please modify your surveys to actually gather good information from players!! The latest repeat survey for the LOUSY SNOWBIRD SOLITARE game does NOT give/include option(s) for possibly NOT liking any of the options you do throw in our face! I only play this game IF I really need the challenge to complete a marathon and prefer to leave THIS GAME, POPPIT BINGO, QUINNS and a couple of others to the END because they are TOO hard, are horrible games and TOO slow for our internet.

IF you REALLY want to know how we feel, find someone with experience in creating decent SURVEYS and have THEM create it. The last three surveys have been totally useless in sharing ANY real information.

The last survey was involving merge and solitaire home story which did not make any sense.

I had same problem.&nbsp; The questions for what "you liked" and "did not like" does not give option of All or None.The biggest problems with that game are #1 I will not spend money or use anything that needs me to pay more money.&nbsp;The other is total lack of REAL Instructions and Information on what things are, what they mean and what the goals are.The real bad new game is the home solitaire, it again makes no sense, no good instructions or help pages, and wants too much MoneyGOOD LUCK with Playing these games&nbsp;
