trouble with Merge and Monopoly

How do you make progress in this stupid game!! Nothing seems to work in Merge Academy 

I would like to know why I have to wait to play a game that I am already paying to play.  Merge Academy is a real problem.  Why should I have to use gems to play a game that I pay to be a member of.  I’m considering closing my account.  

monopoly sudoku will not give credit for completing a game.  Tried resetting computer and still nothing.

I have not been able to get Merge to load for several weeks now.

startrekkin7 There is a new feature that allows you to use two at a time so that you can play faster. In the upper right-hand corner, there should be a two. You can click on it and change it back to one, but when you use two, you get objects that are higher up on the path.

Merge is taking double energy when I click on one object, every time. I cleaned the cache & everything else. It's still doing it

I was able to play Monopoly with no problem but I can't get Merge to work either.  I played 10+ games today and nothing was credited.  

I completed the Monopoly challenge just fine, but I, too, have played Merge Academy many times today, and it still says 0/100.
